OHIO VALLEY LOCATION

Foster Fine Art Portraits suffered a tremendous loss during the Wheeling Area Floods during the month of June, as a result we temporarily moved our beautiful studio back to our charming home location just a 10 min drive from our flooded space. Google Maps has been updated below as well as correct GPS inputs for both Google and Apple Maps depending on which one you’re using.
